We decided to Get Wildblue at our lake house this past summer. I am glad that we did, because I recently took on a new position at work. I took an administrative position at the middle school that I have worked as a sixth grade teacher for the last twenty years. The good thing about being a teacher is that I get the summers off. My new administrative position was suppose to allow me the summers off, but I also had to be constantly available. My husband is retired and we like to spend the summers at our cabin. If I hadn’t gotten the internet there, I would have been running back and forth to town to check my e-mail everyday from the nearest coffee shop ( twenty miles away!). Although, the cabin is a retreat and a place that we go to relax, I am glad that we had it this summer and not just because of work. It was nice waking up in the morning, sipping coffee, watching the morning sun rise over the lake, and reading the local and national news on-line.
